I looked on the red one near..i guess closer to the blue flag?

anyways I found the 7-digit code that was 166887

 

and if you type in 166887 it leads you to a page where it has a picture of map 2042 so the first answer is the map 2042

at 0.31 we see a charlie and the factory image, going to map factory i get code 166887,going to english forum with changing the showtopic to 166886,i get to a link called the game which on which iwhen i click i get a map which is the 2042 one,by the way can we give more than 1 options ,i believe the answer can be factory if not going as far as i had gone otherwise it is 2042

It is "2042" because why would tanki put random numbers in random maps?

Unless a contest is going on so they want us to to explore for it and we got to the "166887" found on the red building.

Which leads us to, the map "2042"<---- that's the answer

In the picture of Arnold Schwarzenegger you find a "date" 1997 so I googled the date and a list of movies came up and it occured to me to look at the dates.

So then I found he stars in Batman & Robin It took me a while to figure out that "Mr.Freeze" wasn't tanki related but Freeze was so "FREEZE"<---- that's the answer
