I DO NOT BUY......I have M2 Hornet, M2 Railgun, M1 Mammoth, M1 Wasp, M1 Titan, M0 Hunter, M0 Dictator, M1 Freeze, M1 Thunder, M1 Smokey, M0 Isida, M0 Ricochet, M1 Firebird 

I have almost exactly the same, except no Railgun, but M1 Isida. I'm also a non-buyer, btw

Those were the days... I like the new one but I sometimes miss the good old tanki, the simple graphics and M3 smoky and wasps with Staff Sergeant rank.

 

I didn't miss the sale but I had nothing to buy. I'm still 3 ranks away from my next buying. I might get there in 2016, lol

Buying cristals, you support the game. It's your choise not to buy, but is not something you shoud be proud of, because someone else pays so you can play the game. You think the game servers runs on water ? Or the developers work on this game just for lulz ? Think again.

Same here. Never bought crystals and I got Isida M2, Railgun M2, Hornet M2, Dictator M1, Wasp M1, Smoky M1, Mammoth M1, and all other M0.

Paints I got are all colors, swamp, forestor, lava, (that zebra paint, I forgot the name), metallic, in love, alien, Corrision, Electra.

This is my garage, I have never bought any crystals, I just make use of sales and save crystals. NEVER buy crystals, NEVER buy all the M1s. In my garage is M2 Freeze, M1 Firebird, M1 Railgun, M1 Isiada, M1 Wasp, M1 Hornet, M1 Mammoth, Alien, Forester, Lead, Green, Swamp, White, and Traceur paints.

True but not everyone has the luxury to spend money like that. Also, if the money stopped flowing and the game went down the drain, I would simply find another.

 

 I deeply hate Microtransaction games. Tanki is one of them but this one allows you to have everything at your disposal at the cost of more time and hardwork, which is way better than most microtransaction games. That's what made Tanki so successful.

The Microtransaction games that kill me are those that have 2 types of currency: One you gain freely and the other you only get if you pay, in order to have the special and deluxe items to own every newbie.

 

I would surely congratulate tanki for deciding not to be that type of game but I have enough bills to pay.

 

Still, my favourite type of games are those that are equal to everyone, those are the free one and those that you buy with a case, a DVD and everything. The only thing that differs from player to player is skill.

Well, many people think and state that it's impossible to get to the Issimo rank/have a good M3 garage without buying. I think his point is that wise and careful spending is applied, one can have a good M3 garage with time and patience.

The key is to excel in one combo and mine is Rail/Viking. The rest doesn't exist. Of course I had more stuff before the rebalance.

Before rebalance I had

M0: Smoky Wasp Dictator

M1: Hunter Viking

M2: Twins

M3: Rail

Paints: Green, White, Black, Alien

 

Since i'm careful buyer in all game types I lurked in the garage before buying anything. I liked Twins so I waited until I had the rank and went for twin/hunter combo.

One day, my curiosity took over me and I bought Rail M0 and tried it out. I fell in love with it and imediately started upgrading it, ditching completely my twins. As for a hull I like balanced ones in armor and speed, and went for Viking and I got stuck with this combo forever.

 

I took advantage of the rebalance to get rid of all the the other stuff I bought.

 

Also I don't need Generalíssimo rank to have an M3 garage. I can do that when reaching General. After that I'll spend on paints that fit my gameplay. When I run out of paints that interest me, only then I might buy other hulls and weapons for fun.

Sadly you missed the point of what the OP was trying to say, and what Domanating said and I quote..." not everyone has the luxury to buy.." and a few other players here pointed out  based on their experience of what items to buy and upgrade.

 

There had been numerous requests on Rebalance by players with the intention of  crystals refund as these players tend to make/buy  items which they later found out that they no longer need or didn't suit their playing style.

 

As from me, my advise is to have  more patience and always think a hundred  more times before you purchase any equipment from the garage. Spend your hard-earned crystals wisely. Acquire knowledge of your intended item before you actually buy, there's always Tanki Wiki to do it from, if you can't obtain them from fellow tankers.

 

I recall one occasion asking  Generalissimo Markarov Dreyar (sorry if I spelled the name wrongly), on his opinion of M2 Wasp playing in Sandbox CTF NSB/ PRO. I bought the Wasp (and never regretted) and had been using it ever since. Tho I never did thank him for his advise, I now wish to say .. thank you Markarov for your great advise! (tho you may not see this..)

 

As for my garage, I have Freeze, Isida, Rail, Rico, Firebird and my best gun the Smoki, all M2. Hulls are Wasp, Hornet and Big Momma all M2. But then again, who cares.. right?

I'm not going to list all my accounts but those in my opinion are the ranks where many people have problems with crystals in the warrant officer ranks

I don't buy, I'm a Major and I have 5 M2 upgrades on my main. That will turn to 6 soon. And it may or may not go to 7 eventually.

 

If you do it right, you can have way more than one M3 combo at the ending ranks - I know I will.
