A message from one of our players:
"Hey everyone! My name is Ilia. I turned 6 years old on January 7. I play tanki for 3 years now. Last year my dad made my own account. I love to catch gold boxes! And here is a cake my parents gave me for my birthday!"
On the cake it says "To lieutenant Ilia - Terminator 8001. Happy birthday!"

nice cake but addicted girl  and how do your parents let you play tanki at the age of 5 it may be "violent" as some would state especially for a young child  this is a clear sign of bad parenting

It's a real cake, and the age limit is just the suggestion. Similarly to how 16 or older is suggested for using this forum.

Well the rules state: The forum and chat are for people of the age of 16 and older. When the User passes to a forum or in a chat, he or she confirms that he or she is 16 and older.

So does this mean we can't use the chat and forums if we are under 16 or is it just a suggestion? The rule states that you confirm that your are 16 or older if you use the chat or forum.

I would just like some clarification on the rule. Thanks.

You can be under 16 and legally use the forum/chat. However, what that really means is that you confirm you agree to, and are subject to, the rules and regulations that those who are 16+ would be upon using the forum/chat. So basically, you can't go "Don't ban me for insult because I am only 9 and I am immature please forgive me" and expect that to work, since you will be treated as an adult user with a sufficient level of responsibility under the application of the rules.

(EDIT) This is my interpretation, anyway. I myself am actually 15 years of age, and there are 'underage' staff members who have been accepted by due process ^_^

Hmmm well it doesn't make much sense to even add the rule then because you are subject to those rules no matter what your age. Typically when you play a game you agree to all of the rules and terms in their EULA regardless of age. (Some games don't allow you to play if you are under 13 years of age.) If that's indeed what the rule means I would think it should just be removed or reworded to avoid confusion.

This is actually a totally separate topic so I should probably PM a mod to avoid thread-jacking
