Actually there is some sense in buying the viking m3, viking m3 has more protection than dictator, dictators have more speed and are easy to attack due to its shape. vikings are more hard to attack so i'd just say no, viking has an advantage of protection

First of all, take a good look at doughnut's post. The hull Dictator is available only to Generalissimos, which is the very last, and final rank achieved. Viking M3 however, is available at an early Lieutenant General.

 

In addition to that, take a good look at PowerChord's post. When MU'd, Viking actually has more Health than Dictator. And since M3 Viking unlocks at such an early rank compared to Dictator, can you not MU it fully, or efficiently enough, by the time you get to Generalissimo? Then you can have an advantage over them.

 

In addition to that, Viking M3 without MU's isn't a bad hull compared to Dicatator M3. Look at Deadmanrising's post. Its shape, weight, and power gives it a big advantage over other tanks. It is harder to hit than Dictator, can push more efficiently, and has extreme stability. If you do not like M3 Viking, then simply do not M3 it, or possibly Viking is not the hull for you.

 

Furthermore, why are you even bothering Viking M3? Your rank is far below the requirement for it.

 

Viking is already strong enough. It can push Mammoths around. It is fine right now.

 

If anything needs to be changed at all, then I'd say make M2 Viking weaker, and M3 Viking a bit stronger.

 

But overall it's good. Learn how to use it, or just use something else. (-1 to your Post. Just my opinion.)

And to add to your conversation, Dictator's unique height can enable it to do things other hulls cannot. It can also be considered one of the best Parkour Hulls, did you know that?

And at M3 it is safe to start MU'ing. After all, it wont be temporary.

 

And unless you have a main account, I don't understand why you are so concerned with M3 Viking. :) Just leave it at M0.

 

Tanki Online is a very in-depth game. You cannot judge something at first glance just because ''its hp is higher.'' That is a very stupid way of thinking. You have to consider other aspects too. It's really quite disappointing on how almost everyone is missing the point of why M3 Dictator has better base stats than Viking M3. Yes, I said base stats. There is something called Micro-upgrades, which I refer to yet again. So maybe you should go see the Micro-upgrade chart to see the ''true'' stats.

 

The Devs put tons of ''little'' things in this game that some might not even notice, yet it effects them greatly since they all add-up. This is one of them. . .

 

And same goes for the results of the poll. Disappointing. . . . .

Stability... and dictator is massive and easy to flip , especially at high ranks where every one know how to deal with dictator.

Test it , I mean at m0, 1, 2, 3 viking rules , even with the hardest battle ever it finds a way and makes it . I use viking m2 and I can beat mamoths easily even when they are drugging .when u buy m2, 3 viking u would never regret unless u like to die easily by rails and shafts or flip over ramps while drugging and waste ur drugs .

You can get Dictator M3 by buying the Medium Hull Kit...

And you are true, Viking M2 is overpowered too, you can't kill it with Shaft M3... And you said that Viking M3 should get more Protection, that's what I was complaining about

Stop trying to convince people that dictator is the best cuz u saw a youtube vid or smthng idc. Tbh viking is the most dyamic and balanced hull in the game... I guess people just quited dictator after rebalance cuz its expensive and worse than before rebalance.

I'm not saying this cuz I saw a video, I played a lot of times with Viking M3 in other accounts, and I played with Dictator M3 in test server, it is overpowered.

@Lentovni: Playing in test server isn't a good way to see if things are OP or not. . .do note that in test server, people spend wildly, and you're not going up against the same things you would in real servers. In addition to that, did you MU Dictator, and buy extremely tough paints? If so, then no wonder you'd feel as if it were Overpowered. It costs hell of a ton of crystals. So guess what? You get what you pay for.

 

As for Dictator Kit. So what? You get Viking M2 at Warrant Officer if you get the kit. Furthermore, if you read the news, Kits will be switching in and out. So this kit will be leaving in the future and being replaced by something else. And also, in the future maybe there is a Viking M3 kit.

And. . .Viking M3 shouldn't be increased in Health. When I said stronger, I meant in other aspects such as maneuverability or a slight speed increase.

 

Remember, M2 Mammoth has 301 health, and at M3 it is unlocked at the very darn last rank, Generalissimo. You want M3 Viking to have 300+ Hp when MU'd? That's unbalanced.

 

So, how much more health are you talking about? If it were just 10~15 more Hp, then I wouldn't mind. But keep in mind that there should be balance in here. Tip one part of the scale, and you have to re-adjust everything. So if Tanki makes Viking, then you can bet that Dictator will be stronger too.

 

Really, if you don't like Viking, then don't get it? If you really fancy about Dictator that much, get it! And if you say ''Oh what about the Kit'' then I say again, get it if you think it's that powerful. And since you put the Kit in the conversation, how many people do you think actually buy that kit? A lot? Hell no. That's one expensive kit. So you think everyone can buy it?

 

I've seen Dictator M3's in battle, and in Test server. I've got to say it is strong, but not in need of nerfing or anything. And nerfing doesn't have to be lowering its base stat. Increasing the stat of other competitors such as Viking, etc. can also nerf it because then it wouldn't be able to compete anymore. That's what happened to Mammoth.

i dont need viking m3,because i have hunter m3 at high :D

and hunter is even more balanced that viking  B)

Well, I have both and there is a huge difference between these tanks. Both have their own advantages, but are very different in the way they shoud be used.
