Where are all the old players?

Hi, I have came to tanki back from 2 years. I started playing this game in 2010 but stopped later.

Anyways, I don't see the old players anymore. Did they quit?

Examples: Contaminated, cheap_plastic_flower, gamepiong, dihos, nuclearbom, and many more which I am forgetting right now....

 

 

BTW, is the clan VTD still active? That was my old clan....

I've talked to gamepiong quite recently. He is still active on Skype but ..

 

He watched the 15 seconds of Fame winners though. (Yeah he won it twice so he had to see who has inherited :p )

Are you kidding right? they are young tankers MonkeyMagic is old, so are Contaminated and gamepiong among others mentioned by OP (not cheap plastic, he is not old at all).

 

@OP: Is simple, the game has change to much, they used tu rule, but after each big change we have to reajust to the new strategy or pace or whatever, eventually you gave up. You will see someday. And also, being doing the same thing for so much time finally became boring.

I myself am one of the old players but not the oldest players. I've been in this game for 2 years now, and this game has been around for 4 and a half years. So I could technically qualify. This game has underwent much change since I joined at the end of January 2012. It has never been the same but I still like the game and what the devs are doing with it. Keep it up.

Alot of us old players have left due to the changes the devs had made in tanki and others just got bored with it.
