The only main thing on which this 'Battle of Rusty Tanks' depends is, how are the skills of the tankers who are selected against the skills of developers. Ranks/weapons are not to be considered as they all will be provided m3's.

The players are not used to play with m3's. The hulls are faster and turns faster... Turrets are different too. The difference is not so big but it's enough to give the developers an advantage. So I'll bet on DEV's.  ;)

Depends on how many people bought the Dev's paint. As semyon said ''Crystals spent on these paints by players will form the prize pool.'' 

So let's say 10 people bought the Dev's paint and Devs won, the prize pool would be 5000 crystals (The more people with dev's paint the more crystals)  , those 5000 would be split up on those 10 people.
