my ticket number is #596298 plz tell me the progress. plz change my m2 hornet back to m1 which get upgraded because of a lag.and give my crystals bck plzzzzz i need them very soon plzzz  #

I don't think that they will give you your crystals back since you have to have evidence, that it happened because of lag, but you can still try at the above email address.

I am not sure if this is true though, just giving you my opinion.

i know that's what i was thinking, you cant accidentally upgrade something because of a lag

this person is obliviously just trying to get back crystals from a regretted purchase. I'm sorry spars1 but be careful what you buy next time. :(

i had waited for 5 days

Some more....? In someother games I have waited for about 2-3 weeks for my ticket to be solved. Never sent anything to Tanki.

I don't think you will be allowed to change m2 back to m1

I'll help you understand. When you send an request to help@tankionline.com, they send you a ticket number. So he has sent a request and he has got his ticket no #596298. So he is waiting for a reply from the TankiOnline Administration.

As said, you should have to wait for a few days, but useally you'll get an answer in 1-2 days. Notice: If you send another e-mail, you'll have to wait the whole queue again.

The best way to solve the issue is to appeal to those who are engaged in it. You wrote to the support, they received your complaint and said that you need to wait, which means that it will be resolved soon. Making topics will not help with solving it, as complaints will not be accepted through the forum, some players can give you moral support, others may use it for accusations of administration. I asked them to look into your ticket, it will be considered within a week.
