Connection Closed by Server

I kept having this problem many times today. Connection closed by server and then I refresh the page, and I see that I am out of the game already

Normally I was supposed to start inside the game after I refresh the page. But I am totally thrown out of the game and lost all points twice

I was at the top. Connection closed by server. And refresh the page and enter the game again, because I was outside of the game. And start over

I was at third place. Connection closed by server. And now I am writing this just after that problem again. Because this is a very very very big issue with this game.

I have spent my one hour for what ? for this ?

Of course I took it at the second beginning of the game. But you don't think of having captures of the screen all the time when you are in a battle

 

Now someone tell me, when you will fix this ? I don't want any crystals. I only want a fair game

connection closed by server isn:t tankionline fault. It mean someone else knows your password and logging into your account. Change your password imideately! However, i'd suspect this is from your computer, maybe some is logging into your account, as said above, change your password immediately.

I suspected that too. I have changed my password just after that issue. But still it doesn't explain why I was thrown out of the game after I refreshed the page.

If internet is not smooth, there might be some connection problems. I understand that. But it reconnects just within seconds and when I refresh the page, I normally must start where I had left the game before.

Last night my internet started glitching a bit and i got disconnected by server, usually when i reload i enter, however, when i did reload i found myself outside of battle, this happens sometimes when your internet starts glitching/lagging, so it's nothing serious.
