Nuclear power is not renewable energy. The source of Uranium is limited. Its also dangerous and need great care. Solar power and wind power etc. is better, although it has quite a lot limitations.

Fossil fuels are running out, and renewable energy such as solar and wind power are currently being harnessed too inefficiently to provide decent amounts of power. Unless more efficient ways of harnessing renewable energy sources can be developed, nuclear power is our best choice. These days, the nuclear power plants have plenty of safeguards in place, and the chances of an accident are extremely low.
