Just a few questions,

1. how long does it take to get a reply?

2. what is your goal in how long it should take for a customer to get a reply?

3. why don't you implement a ticket-system so that one gets a ticket-number right after one sends to help@tankionline.com as a confirmation?

3. Well, I don't request access to the ticket-system(although such a feature would be nice) what I suggest is the common "We have received your mail and have given it ticket-number 12345-6789.........." type of thing...

You know, I've been a mod and a chat admin here for over a year now, and I would love to have access to the ticket system myself. Or at least some front end that shows me the tickets i've created and actions that have been taken on them. Alas, that's not going to happen anytime soon.

I am surprised that you don't get that kind of feedback. Keeping you "in the loop" of the actions taken should be critical.

Trouble ticket system is for inner use. And really there's no need to assign a trouble ticket to every e-mail we receive. If someone ask us "How i get inv", what is the trouble in this (beside his grammar)? Every trouble (payment problem, bug in the game and so on) have its trouble ticket, and sometimes players see this. When someone send e-mail to us that he spent money but gain no crystals and we need additional information for his payment we question this someone and say the trouble ticket with his problem. But in most cases player doesn't need to know trouble ticket.

What's the point of directing people to either the user Support or the email help@tankionline.com when there isn't anyone on the other end?

Either that or they don't understand english.

they answered for my in the same day.

Today i got on and it said i got banned for chat: Forever.

Why is this?

Last night it was fine, and then today morning i was banned Forever.

Please Help.

I would recommend that you send a pm to therussian. However, you probably got banned for "prorolling". I noticed yesterday that you were helping a lower rank "rank-up" by offering to let him kill you in a one-on-one match.

Still no reply via email or PM, which means that support isn't watching the english part of the forum, just like emails or PM to Support are sent to /dev/null.

It will be funny to see how many weeks/months/years it will take for support to answer.

It means that your letter was forgotten for some reason. Maybe you should send another one. Believe me, it'd not such a difficult task.

Which would be easier to follow up on if there was a working ticket-system...

And the PM to Support was also forgotten then I suppose...

So, taken from your suggestion, sending mails/PMs repeatedly until one gets a reply is the recommended procedure?

Here is a bit of humor. I posted the following in the Russian forum:

There are very few, if any at all, moderators watching the English chat. The automatic system will get people who repeat things many times, but nobody gets their chat banned for cursing. It is common to see horrible words spoken in the English chat. See this: http://forum.tankionline.com/posts/list/20481.page Please have people watching the English chat. Maybe some of us English/Americans???

Also, therussian / GT and Viktor Soldatov are doing their best on the English forum, but we need more moderators there, too. It can take many days to get any kind of a response to our questions.

What is wrong with help@tankionline.com? Does anyone answer? See this: http://forum.tankionline.com/posts/list/18957.page

This is the answer that I got:

Become a moderator you want?

Write E-mail to help@tankionline.com

Need your personal data.

age

nickname

City

And others

So...to get any answers, I need to send an e-mail to help@tankionline...which we already know takes months (years???) to get a response.

At first I started laughing, then I realized that this is just tragic....

I'm still waiting for a reply from you Viktor Soldatov(or anyone else in "power") to my previous post, as many other services have pretty strict (non)written rules about sending same mail to support repeatedly...

1st thing if you want to get back a stolen account for speeding up the process is to write these things:

1. Your callsign (nickname);

2. Info about your payments (if you have ever donated), including payment system you used and cellphone number, if you payed through SMS.

3. Also we need to know, whether you've got players that are registered through your referral link (their nicknames).

4. Tell us the e-mail address that you used when you registered the account.

5. Do you belong to a clan (if yes, which one)?

6. Have you ever been banned/punished and for how long and when?

7. When was the last time you accessed the game successfully.

8. Where do you play from (country, city)?

9. And finally, what are your last purchases in the garage (except battle-supplies)?

after that i got one reply saing i needed to wait from 1 to 30 days for getting the account back...

(they writed this on russian and english...

Your application is accepted. For its consideration we need from 1 to 30 days - depending on the workload of the technical support.

Once your issue is resolved, we will send you a written response to the e-mail, from which we received the application.

Thank you for your patience and understanding!)

i got this message on 20 march... after 18 days from sending the application...

just wait some time...

(got these messages by the replies from help@tankionline.com)
