Cant get in tanki after update

for some reason tanki wont work it says error after the new update! every time i press load it takes like 30 min to load and then says error this is what it says,Cannot establish connection (host: 62.152.57.24, ports: 4444,5190,5223,5222,5050) please solve this problem!!!!!

It means the ports are blocked

oh i dont have internet, so i use it at a libruary, i go on tanki online now is at my sisters house, and the libruary blocked this forum for some reason? thxs so much for helping me bye
