Maybe there should be a discount, but there isn't changed anything in my garage. MU's have still same price as before, the m1/2/3 upgrades too. Is the discount enabled?

it is not called "lose MU upgrade", you need to buy MU for isida M2 seperately,

 

because MU you bought for isida M1 is not applicable to isida M2,

 

the total cost of isida M1 MU is just around 100k crystal,

the total cost of isida M3 MU is about 900k crystal,

 

if u bought fully MU at M1, then why people buy more expensive MU at M3;

 

you need to buy MU for each modification seperately, MU are not captable among M1,M2,M3

its Micro upgrade, so click on your hornet then you will see a battle in middle it says upgrade, click on that you will see the MU price are low.
