I hope by 'within the application' means removing those micro-transactions where an accidentally pushed button with cost you. I don't own an Iphone, but I've heard of those nasty games that try to trick you into spending real life money when you thought it was only in-game money.

 

By having a website where you buy the crystals instead of directly within the flash player, I hope that law does not apply to Tanki.
