WoW seriously? Your Rail M2 and Hornet M3 are of no use?

I've seen players using M2 Hornet and Rail M1 beating gizmos and you are complaining that they aren't of any use for competing with high ranks!?!?!

There is a thing called "Skill". You can still compete with higher ranks if you know how to use it properly and smartly enough

 

But if you can't even do that much then that's your own problem.Rail / Hornet is one of the deadly combos which is very good and dangerous

so if you still think it's a waste then I don't know what I can say about you man

OK, so Hornet M3 is growing on me. I am being less parsimonious with my crystals and buying MU. I now have 180 hp and can survive a hit from  most m3 rails  

 

As for rail, I still believe it is a dud at m2 

 

m3 is a different question but I can't see myself getting enough crystals to buy it ever 

 

I see m3 hornet m3 smoky as my ultimate combo 

 

Oh and in answer to your point on gizmos being shown up, I will remind you that there are noobs at every level. Some people are just not too switched on, or maybe they play one handed whilst falling asleep in front of the TV and receiving treatment for leprosy. Yea those gizmos would struggle against m1 rail...

Well, one year ago I bought Freeze M2 but I never used it. I didn't even like it but birthstone told me I would love it afterward. I didn't. Rico M2 would have been much better.

If you have 1-2 k crystals to spare and have enough crystals already saved for fire m2 you could maybe MU the critical chance.

Update for prospective hornet buyers

M3 hornet is initially worthless because railgunners can blat you in one shot. 

After many MUs, hull comes up to about 190hp before an upgrade costs 8000crys

 

The devs had to leave MU to serve a purpose 

And it is SO MUCH fun using hornet again 

 

So I now say buy buy buy hornet M3

I would buy my Viking M1 anyway, but there was a sale (I think Haloween 2013) only on guns, I thought it was on hulls too, and I bought Viking M1 in full price. I noticed my DUMB mistake a day after, when the discount was over - I entered my garage, clicked on my Viking to equip it - and in the table of the Parameters and Prices of the item I saw its M1 had the same price in which I bought it. That was SO STUPID  :wacko:
