Well.. It's technically impossible. If you try to fly up - you need to drive in air to not fly down by mistake. If you try to make tower full of dictators - no point.. There is space between those two buildings.

All players get an equal amount as long as they the player get to the top. It doesn't matter if it wasn't you who got to the top.

semyon you have to consider that the map was opened in server 45 before a few days, so for those who did a video, it's not fair for the ones who will climb the skycraper after the official release of the map.
