Foul Play Detected - Link to report problem is wrong

Hi,

 

Tonight I am getting the Foul Play Detected whenever I join a battle on Server 1. I can move about in the game for maybe 30 seconds and then I get kicked out. I went to the forum and found the post where it says to post the problem and when I click the link it takes me to a page that appears to be in Russian language even though I started in an English forum. I am not cheating in any way and I have no idea why I started receiving this message. I did recently upgrade my computer from Windows XP to Windows 7 Pro x64. Since upgrading I have only played a little this morning. Now I get the Foul Play message this evening. I am in the US and connected via cable modem with Comcast Internet at 55 Mbps.
