Golb Box Bug

Hey, i was playing like 10 mins ago on silence. The gold box failed and i managed to take it, i falled over me but i couldn't take it, it stayed there until an isida took it. I think that´s not fare i stayed over the gold like 20 seconds and it was legally mine. I hope you can do something about it.

In the next link is the screenshot of what happened. Theres clearly my tank over the gold, but i coulnd´t take it and no crystals were added.

You were lagging. I am sorry about that :( 

To fix it, reload the page. Try clearing your cache to prevent this from happening in the future.

I wasn't lagging, everything was going very fluid. I also could stop the isida from taking the gold for a several time and many people saw all this happening, so i think it wasn't lag.. I changed equipment before gold falling, can that have caused this issue?

although other tanks may seem fine, and it may not look like its lagging, it can still be lagging, and just like spinning tanks, or randomly dropping the flag is a sign of lag, so too is not being able to acquire boxes, it normally happens with blue boxes though and it was just unfortunate that it happened with a gold box :(
