Becuase Generallisimos are more ''Skilled'' players and have spent hours on Fourm and leading a team also not only Generallisimos have respect

em i have a little respect from others (but i would like some more) but not only Generallisimos i mean that we are all the same 

becuase we all have started from Recruits right?

Rank is a standard. As a code of conduct, if not courtesy, lower ranking members are expected to honor higher rank. By honor, I mean trust in their good judgment. Conversely, as a manner of conduct/courtesy, that same standard is to be honored by higher ranking members toward those of lower rank. By this honor, I mean “not to abuse the privilege of their rank”. Trust is the issue at hand. In the midst of a heated battle, when backs are against the wall; those members of lower ranks often look toward higher rank, like, “O.K. what do we do now?” I have witnessed Generalissimos who cannot even turn their turrets, lead an entire team to their deaths. There is no greater satisfaction that any human being can have, than that of helping others. I don't think you understood my post, exemplifying the principles of rank standard. You are communicating an individual incident, which if true, fits the category of those who abuse the privilege of their rank (as stated in my post).

It's not Generalissimos, it's arrogance. Many players are arrogant. I can name many players who are NOT generalissimos and act in the same way. You can't change people and they won't change until they are older and they have become wiser. You will just have to put up with it. Players around my rank are usually really nice until they start battling Gens and pick up their bad manners and use it on other players. I would say something else about a group of people who are mostly arrogant but I will probably just get banned so I won't. I will say if a mod gives me permission to say and not ban me!!!! For the moment, enjoy your low ranks!

Even if ranks are a code of conduct as monkeyburn said, it doesn't always mean that they are supposed to be respected. If a higher rank shows arrogance and is ignorant. Sorry, they're not on my list of virtues. I won't respect them. If they contribute positively and are humble, they deserve it. Most of them don't, they become self oriented. Selflessness is something that earns respect, a great deal of it.

I think its because when you meet a lissimo you don't know how long they've played. They usually have millions of drugs and m3 everything. Maybe also because it takes so long to get there ( btw, I don't know myself, I'm still 3/4 way to rank up and I've played a lot since I ranked up 2 months ago.
