Highland is a great place to do parkour but there are many disadvantages such as the enemies can spot you easily if you have a vibrant paint 

<<< in this picture it shows a person doing parkour however if you are in a battle this wouldn't be wise the paint is easily visible.

another place to parkour is here( see picture  on the right hand side) but you will need m1 hornet or m0 will n20 or wasp m0 with n20 or m1 wasp http://prntscr.com/38cx1i to get to http://prntscr.com/38cx3y

the ramps http://prntscr.com/38cxa2 can be used to sneak up on the enemy but they can be a disadvantage as people tend to put mines on them http://prntscr.com/38cxp5 , so be wary! the enemy is pernicious so you don't know what to expect. Just because i said this doesn't mean you should be demure and traipse to try it!

this is also is a great place for killing especially with shaft/railgun this is a great example of parkour :
