All of Canada is used to work for Ontario.  It always feels like us out west get shunned by the government.  Oh, yeah, and we in BC only have 6 seats in the senate.  The same amount as Newfoundland.

Yes then we can invade them and force them all to speak english instead of french and then we could save millions of dollars cause we would not have to rite every thing twice on labels and stuff and i would have less school cause i would not have to learn there dum language that no one is really learning anyway.. I don't know about all of Quebec, but the Liberals are now appeasing Quebec company Bombadier with $1 BILLION, even though the company doesn't treat its workers properly, nor its customers properly, and despite it not being in financial trouble.

(I won't get into the debate on whether governments should bail out private companies or not because on that I want to remain neutral)

i know employees that do work for it and have for many a years ..the company is a great place to work it has profit sharing and many great opportunity for them..they even pay for schooling ..to get a job in the company good luck they hire with in first then take old employees first once that list is done and if there is openings they look in other company s that they own first before putting it out to the public and you need to have a collage degrees to get in now..for the wages well they start about $ 30.00 per hour depending on where in the company you work..

 

my friends still do work for them and love it and wont change for any thing..one has been there before 1980 when i meet them ..another one ( his older brother worked up until his death 2014 ) he worked in the factory then moved into the office job.. most of there contracts are government jobs or rich people buying planes ..

now for Governments bailing out company's i do not agree due to do you see the government giving money to small company's like dentists and little stores ..no.. they don't when they bailed out GM and other car company's people were not impressed with what they did ..cause they are a huge company that sells over priced cars and trucks.. this is why they lost money ..people can't afford there prices and with baby boomers getting on in ages ...

there is less people buying and more vehicles sold as scrap metal ..or not even making them..

 

if looking for jobs the best area is construction / car repairs or even food industry ..computer jobs are ok but not much fields are left open due to some are closing cause of new technology

The government has done so much in the past 50 years to appease Quebec but have failed to notice any Western Alienation going on. :/  I really want Brad Wall to become Prime Minister one day.  He should be less biased to the East.
