Low FPS with Auto graphics quality enabled

Good day all, Why i can't play TO with auto graphic details in Good fps? When i turn auto game quality,Fps drops to 20 or 30 and game goes to be laggy.My internet is pretty ok and here is some info of my pc, Please help me to solve this problem.

 

1. 2GB of Ati Radeon HD 5450

2. 2 GB of Ram

3. Motherboard Model :Gigabyte PT41

4.500 GB of Hard Disk (Not Sata)

5: Monitor Samsung Sync Master 763 MB (85 Htz refresh rate)

6.Speaker Realtek HD

7. Windows 8 Client Build 9200 ( Currently i use it but i have every old and new version up to windows 8.1 Pro VL 2014)

8.Cpu 3Ghz of dual core E5700

9.Net speed up to 10 Mb

10.Graphic Depth 32 Bit

11. Maximum up to 90 Ping

 

 

There is a lap top of my bro,Same problem too,, His laptop is expensivest laptop and best performance laptop ( Over 6 GB of Graphic card and over 10 GB of ram and cpu of ic7.

then it might be your internet, try to unplug the internet cable then put it back on.

Done already, I said already : "Net speed up to 10 Mb" and ping avarage is 80 which is good, Even reinstalled windowses and removed antiviruses,But non helped !

We Tryied our best to solve this problem, we gave u all the steps but still it didn't work. I don't see any other way to solve this. And maybe the problem on your laptop/computer.

We Tryied our best to solve this problem, we gave u all the steps but still it didn't work. I don't see any other way to solve this. And maybe the problem on your laptop/computer.

Personally i checked my connection and my bro connection,It's pretty good.I checked this problem in Game nets too,But still low fps when auto mode enabled. :unsure:
