30% Where?

I have had the score multiplier  for almost a complete month.  I have not seen an extra point anywhere.  I feel I should be issued a refund.  It  does not produce the way its description describes.

It does, it increases the amount of xp earned by 30%, so if you get a kill in a ctf, instead of 10 points, you will get 13. It shows in the battle tab list that you got 10 points, but the xp in your xp bar will go up by 13 points. Try it and see.

You should have proof of what you are trying to say otherwise i don't think anyone would listen, so show a proof and then they will know what to do to help you.
