I just have question, for example, one chat moderator know a lot guys, and he is good with all members but they each are not, and how can this moderator then give ban to one player without reason or other guys give old screen shot from chat if he write something and it's not for ban, but he get ban, because this chat moderator listen to other who and what they said!

This is good.  It sounds like the serious violators will get a more appropriate punishment.

I know a player who had the same situation, he was spared by a moderator from month ban but negative attachment to his karma stayed on as one month ban. :excl:

First sabotage case is already more than that. It's a kick, banday and an official warning from support. Next few cases get harder punishments and the 6th sabotage gets a forever block.

well done TO, good job. Like others say, please be 'careful' with  flood punishment. I never got a ban, but actually a mistake with keyboard could happen

Why so lean on punishing one of the major harm inflicting violator category?

I see them almost everyday in "stadium" when the fund robbing happens, and because of these violators most of the sincere players end up without hard-fought crystals and as chat violators (by showing their disappointing anger in battle chat).

I hope flood doesn't count here, because many times happens that players write very fast and get a warning for flood or even someone says "noooooooooooooo" and gets banned for it. flood is too common to happen by mistake.

yeah, very true... when i tried to press 3 from the numpad i (usually) mistakenly press 'enter' and zzzzzz cccc xxxxx which are meant for turning turret is pressed and to exit from the chat i press enter quick.. then i got warning ... i think this things happen mistakenly more often and not intentional... banning for this mistake would be a bit too harsh... don't you guys think so?

Sounds good but does this mean all previous karma will be removed unless its a forever ban or a month ban?
