Change email

I linked my account to my email. I am trying to change my email address to another account. I have tried the "Change password and Email" button, but no email came. so I tried again and again. still doesn't work pls help

yea. I checked all the folders. no mail from tanki.

Hmm make sure you have the correct email. Click the face with the "+" icon then click "invite by email" it should say your email in the brackets.

If there's nothing in Spam, it's likely that you typed wrong your Email in the Settings. If your Email is full of garbage (Newsletters and all of that), may be you simply can't find it in all the garbage. Simply search "Tanki" in the mail, it will give you all the mails you got that their sender's name contains "Tanki".

actually i'm pretty sure I typed I right. when I linked my email I got  message telling me to confirm it.

If you typed your Email address right and you didn't receive a confirmation mail, try another Email (It would be good to create one specially for this). I can't understand why you didn't receive a confirmation mail, so the only other way is to try another Email address.

You should try doing as said above and carefully to solve your problem.

Why did you wanted to change email, you didn't have to change email they would still give you crystals if you enter the game between 21 April and 27April. But anyway check the junk box you might find their.

He says he checked the Junk (or Spam) folder, so if he typed the Email Address right and didn't receive a confirmation mail, there's nothing else to do except trying another Email. I don't understand how that can happen, but these are the circumstances and he'll need to act according to them.

Hello. It looks like there is a tecnichal problem here. It is probably either tanki's fault or your email can't get emails. Contact to help@tankionline.com and explain your problem.
