Possible TDM glitch (just checking)

Does any notice that they get no points for a kill, barely any for a assists, or anything? im not sure if this is a bug, so im just asking right now, didn't see any other posts about it. Sometimes my name bar flashes yellow, like after getting points, but i don't actually get anything 0_0 just asking for now

If you destroy an enemy by yourself, you get 10 points. If more than one person helps kill a tank, they get 15 points to share depending on how much damage each person did.  But sometimes, an ally shoots an enemy (a railgun for example) and takes away ALL of his life, but doesn't kill him. Then, you shoot and kill him. For this you get the kill, but no points for it. Remember this only applies in TDM, not CTF.

as rishi3 said, you need to hit enemy's 10% health to get 1 score. If enemy has less than 10% of his health, and you kill him, you destroy him but your score for kill gets distributed and you don't get any points
