Urgent suggestion required on the bought crystals.

Hi everyone,

 

I am writing this query with great worry. I just bought crystals for $104. The bought crystals appeared in my account when i was in garage, thinking about what to buy.

But suddenly, the crystals disappeared and i am seeing only the old available crystals. I didnt buy anything. I have proofs for my transaction. The money has been already deducted from my bank account. How to get the crystals? Can someone help me with this problem? How can i contact the administrator?

 

I have already tried loging out and log in. But, its still the same..

What you're trying to say that you bought crystals, they appeared there for a moment, then disappeared and the amount of crystals you had before were shown in the Crystals' bar; you bought crystals but didn't get them?

You need to send a email to help@tankionline.com explain the problem,they will give your crystals back.
