Ok, so I do not like you. If flagging every single one of your posts would give you a forever ban, I would do it.

Someone probably hates rapheal also, so they flagged every single one of this videos

I believe in Raph but Youtube probably won't consider his plea. If they do it'll be proved that there's a flaw(which obviously exists) in their system and few companies would confess such matters.

I am afraid your business model is more corrupt, and just by looking at what a person writes does not mean you can assume he knows nothing, so you clearly did assume that fact about the user.

 

No, Google is not "God on Earth" and do you think they would hire someone that doesn't know the correct way to deal with this situation? The people making the decision about this person's account would check with someone else before performing the action against the user.

 

 

You are just writing a wall of text to escalate this argument and try scare me off with your "business skills" that don't exist and probably bringing someone in to make you feel better. You are not going to get far with the technique in your life, you are trying to make yourself look superior against others, when you really are not making things better.

I assumed he didn't know much about the situation, not that he knows nothing. Assuming the latter, as you continue to assert I did, would be unjustified. However, assuming the former from what he said would be a rather more justified statement to make, considering that's it's likely correct.

 

And I doubt that the employee who managed Raph's case would have checked with someone else; as you said yourself, Raph's account is small-ish and not really that important. I agree that the employee would've had experience in knowing how to handle such cases, but that doesn't mean he can't make any mistakes.

 

That last paragraph, filled with examples of argumentum ad hominem, is something I shall choose to disregard as bothg unsupported and irrelevant.
