Enter to a battle never-ending problem , 75% of time , HELP !

75% of the time I try to enter a battle I can not go in.

Please , can you see this video and this image and tell me what is happen.

I have this problem from the time you moved the servers to the new place.

I have tried to solve this problem by every way I know but I failed !

I use Mozilla , Opera , Explorer , etc.

I have buy a new PC just to play Tanki ( 1 Tera ! )

I cleaned caché

I use CCleaner , acceleretor , etc , etc. . . all what use suggested.

Please , please , I am addict to Tanki ,  help me ! ! !

you wanted to go in map serpuhov, so create a battle in serpuhov and enter that battle, then when you get in that map come out and find a serpuhov map battle, you will be able to get in map, if you do that. and that's what i normally do. Also clean the caches and browsing history.

I alwys refresh , all the time.

I alway re-load the page , all the time.

I always clean caché , all the time.

I always clean Flashpayer and use accelerator , all the time.

I have a good PC ( 1 TERA ) and anexcelent intenet conexion , I can play games on line all aroubd the world , but not in Tanki ...

I have tried Standalone system.

I have shut down the antivirus to see what happens.

I always play in economic mode , no landscape , no fog , no shadows , no etc.

NOTHING WORKS ! ! !

OP I had the same problem as you, and I was cleaning my cache every day. 

 

I now have 3000 cache files and the problem is much less.

 

1. Stop clearing caches.

 

2. Do what miahak said - create battle - this will preload your cache - but do not clear it from the cache.

 

3. Report back in 2 or 3 days.

As I suggest above - stop cleaning your cache - let us know in a few days how you got on.

OK , I will pre-charge the map , for instance Serpuhov , to see what happens , this is the only new suggestion I have received by now.

if u refreshed and it didnt work , then close tab and try to go on again and see if it Works
