I don't recieve my battle fund

I not sure if this is a glitch or what it is but for some reason i don't recieve my battle fund. Please tell me if this is happening to you or you have found a solution. I am really frustrated because I am not able to get the crystals I need for upgrades. So please help me with my problem. Thank you.

First Refresh and then check how much crystals you had before and how much crystals you got after refreshing, if you still didnt get any crystals, send a email to help@tankionline.com

Can you explain you problem, you are just saying you didnt got battle fund, but when, what was the situation at that time, do u have screenshot of it ?

If you want to get the Crystals that you'd lost you need to have a proof to send to help@tankionline.com . Sending them an Email with a request for getting back Crystals without a proof (Screenshot/Video) won't give you anything.

enter a battel from a netcafe (or from any computer except you one) and you may get your fund becouse the computer sometimes is the prolem , if you didn't get it , do the following :-

 

download and install snigat 9 , then start recording , then enter to a short battel  , finish it and then stop recording , and now you have a proof , goto your mail ( yahoo - hotmail - msn - etc... ) and type your prolem and attach your proof then send them to help@tankionline.com and they will solve this problem .

I've got a similar problem I don't get XP when I kill in TDM. I get it only when the guy I killed gets killed again. Can you help me.

Try logging off Tanki and logging back on. It may also be your internet connection.

Yes - it happens to me too. You might find changing server, just change the EN number, and find a long battle.

 

Real good battle funds, 10,20,30k, are ever so long 100 flag battles. If its near bed time peeps leave so you will get even more crystals coz u get the leavers share as well.

 

Don't forget the crystal distribution calculation method was changed a few days ago. Top of stats table list gets less C now.

Also some times a glitch on yout internet can cause crystals to be lost. Try a tracert test.

 

Supppose you could play longer - then you could upgrade faster. Dad might get a bit angry if homework not done.

 

Try waiting for the server update, 1 per 24 hours, then any glitch gets fixed.
