My crystals got wasted

My crystals were wasted,almost 120k crystals were wasted,and help@tankionline.com is very lazy to resolve the problem,and because of this I missed two sales i.e ricochet 50% sale and Hornet 50% sale,I request that my crystals should not only be refunded but I should get Hornet m3 on 50% sale,and rest of crystals should be refunded,can that work?

the only way your account can get hacked is , if you give your password and user name to anyone. so make sure your account is linked to an email address then it would be impossible for them to get the account out of your email.

I linked e-mail and I changed the password immediately after crystals were wasted

why didn't you do it before, tanki said who ever does it they will get crystals, that was like a warning and a sign!

but for them to hack it. you must of gave them your password tanki wouldn't be able to help you get the crystals back as it is your own fault for giving your password out
