Simply Cannot Get old Account

Hello

 

I cannot access my old account Jonathan33512, and I even cannot reset the email used for that account. I think someone broke in to that account, then reset the email AND password. I have sent a help email to help@tankionline.com, but frankly, it's not helping. 

Does ANYBODY know how I can fix this?

If your account was hacked, the hacker would have needed your E-mail password to change the E-mail. Did you give anyone either your tanki password or email password? If so, this may be the cause of your problem. The only help I can give is email help@tankionline.com again and explain the problem fully and provide your IP address. You MUST show the account is yours. Good luck,
