I was in battle (had 1800 score), then druggers join. I changed to mammoth but could not change to freeze yet because it was not yet time. When time was up, I went garage and it lagged. After a while I was kicked because I was inactive -.- I want my fund.

After I played for 1.5 hours (and took gold box yipeee), I wanted to switch combo because I wanted to defend as there was a lost of druggers. It lagged out when I tried to change into freeze, and I got kicked out because of inactivity. When I tried to enter quickly so I can still have my score, this is what happened:

There was this glitch that kept the loading screen on and it drived me crazy so I left battle. There was no fund for me, and I got a bunch of glitches.

 

If you don't believe in my gold catch, notice that my crystal count has rised a lot.

you lagged, your speed is probably slow so it take long to load. There is no way you can get crystals, you were kicked due to inactivity which is not servers fault, so no crystals.

U were removed due to inacivity.

I dont think crystals can be refunded.

This was not server's fault so crys could not be refunded

you were in garage more then 4 minutes?, anyway if you think you got kicked from the battle unfairly or due to the servers fault, you can claim for crystals, and of course you need to give them the proof aswel.
