can't login

hi, it's the third day i trying to get in and receive this:

the loading bar fill up until this point and then stop, and stay in this mode forever without moving.

i try to login from 3 computers, reseting them, reseting the router, but nothing works - so the problem is in your server. can you solve it for me?

i have never receive an error like that.

router: NETGAR VEGN2610 (http://www.netgear.com/service-providers/products/telco/gateways/vegn2610.aspx#tab-techspecs)

internet speed: 40MB download 3MB upload

i receive the error in windows 7 & mac os x)

Same happening to me too, I can't open tanki, it just stuck here! It was working perfectly yesterday. After loading I just see the backgroung, nothing more. I waited for half an hour but nothing changed. I tried everything, nothing helped. What the word going on here!!!!! :angry:  :angry:  :angry:  :angry:  :angry:  :angry:

i have tried from 3 different computers and from all the browsers.. i also try to reload hundred times and it's still without working.

i lost the daily reward of 5 days until now.

Hello, let me try to give you couple of tips, maybe one of them will work!

1) Clear your FLASH cache (i believe you cleaned your browser cache that time)

2) Restart your PC

3) Run a scan on your PC for viruses.

4) Clean the junk files and the malware threats, there are free programs to do so!

5) Reset your modem.

6) Start loading the game ONLY and remove anything else (torrents/downloads/sharing) ETC

7) Click on the game using the right mouse button and select "Settings" then click on and drag it to

8) press F11 and wait for the loading, if it doesn't enter, try refreshing again and hopefully you will get in the game!

Hmm, i'm glad that worked, problem solved, this will surely help others who face similar problem.

As for the football frenzy, well i don't think we can do anything about that, you can write to help@tankionline.com and link them to this topic, maybe they will understand.
