since we have the IP Address question we lost our accounts 
because most of us change there INTERNET company or the subscribe over ...
so we can't bring you the IP Address
i lost my account : DNDN4  because of that
and i sent 1 billion messages for help@tankionline.com they will never help
first time they said everything correct and they gave me 2 more questions 
i swear i answered correct but they said that account will never back
so i wrote for them another message with the same information 
they said the information is incorrect [REMOVED]
i know there is a MOD will close this topic and write go to help@tankionline.com they will help you .. bla bla bla 
they never helps 
they can help with their brains if they had
my account : DH.DH4  & N-A-Q  IP Address changed so :  DNDN4   changed too so they need to look up for the new IP Address which is DH.DH4 & N-A-Q IP Address
but they keeps saying no -_-
where is the Admin
and there answers are a saved message 
i mean they write nothing
they just copy and paste what kind of help is this ??
how many accounts people lost because of the bad help

yes IP Address is the INTERNET port . this means if you changed your INTERNET the IP Address changed = losing your account

& if you moved to live in another place your INTERNET will change 100% 

then you will lose your account .

i know me too with  DH.DH4

talking about DNDN4 below

but the problem is my IP Changed before re-balance in 1 week so after re-balance i upgraded somethings ...

then account stolen 

so they give me question IP changed X  last hull + last weapon X --- ( because the IP Address )

the theft got the account for 1 year

then i searched in my old messages i got the IP Address and send it to them everything was fine

i answered everything correct

they gave me 2 more questions and i answered correct

but they said wrong information !!
