Serious question about helping players......

So is it against the game rules to help people out such as giving the other one kills and xp in extchange for goldboxes and cry well if so i found two people doing it

 http://prntscr.com/3vcldu   in that ss it shows in the sky box that grouser gets teh flag drops teh flag and gives it to tanki and as you can see grouser dident die but why would he drop it? also he quit my team to join the other team when we were Wining which is strange behavior  the next one it showed that the others LET him have the gold box

Power leveling is prohibited.

What power leveling is; it is to give someone kills/exp unfairly. Like letting one to kill you rapidly and you are to give away your ratings, and increase his kills/exp. That results negatively, and yes it isn't allowed.

Giving away crystals to others via playing a battle, increasing the fund by fair means, and in the end letting one get the crystals isn't power leveling, and it is legal.

Same is applied to gold boxes; giving it to some one is legal.
