Any computer can have all the settings on the game on and not lag when you tank is not moving. The fun part happens when the tank moves and the lagging party starts.  :D

The best laptop and desktop WINDOWS. I've had a widows desktop for around 3 years and is still fast. Plus my family saves soooo many files on it. I have a tosibia in my room but its not the greatest. So when I enter a battle, its 40 FPS, and 60 ping. A second later, 1 FPS, and 999 ping. But its like a 9 year old laptop.

Windows is an operating system for God sake... It is not a manufacturer brand and the amount of files that can be saved on it are due to it's hard drive capacity.  PING is related to your internet connection. Low FPS may occur due to viruses, or hard ware limitation. Please do not confuse Windows and a manufacturer. Windows is an Operating System by Microsoft. I don't think microsoft manufactures any laptops... maybe they do.

 

Wrong. Good maintenance depends highly on the brand's reputation. I once sent my acer laptop to the official dealer due to some fan problems; At first it was fine but then the fan started to vibrate. Curiously I opened up my laptop to see they had stuck my fan in place with cheap medical tapes.

Sue them! I fixed my laptop fan at home myself by shoving stuff up it and giving it a boost :P

The answer is... Buy the parts yourself and build it yourself. (Trust me it is way better then buying a PC already pre built, you get to put the stuff you want in it.)

The brand does not matter. The hardware does

The microprocessor, the RAM and the hardware makes the difference between lag and an awesome TO-experience. Basically, you pay the most for the name of the brand and for the technology not so very much on my opinion.

I wouldn't pick Acer I used to have on  and it didn't really last it got virus and was slow with tanki and lag but that's  opinion.

i agree, laptops are not the best choice for gaming...i would choose asus if i would have to

All brands are same, you have to look what's inside the laptop. Laptops aren't the best for gaming anyway. You can't fit a lot of stuff inside them because they will have cooling problems. Build a desktop, if you get a prebuild, they will cost you a lot, kind-of taking away the use of desktops anyway. 

 

@OP, you are seriously mixing stuff up. Hewlett-Packard and Dell and companies that build computers/laptops. Windows on the other hand is an Operating System you can install of anything, even on a macintosh. The poll is messed up.

I use Windows 8 Samsung 8g ram ,intel inside very awesome , I can pick up wifi signals over 200 feet away , my fp is 82 and ping is 39 when I toggle everything on
