When i am playing pause always appear.

I don't press P but it appears.

How to disable pause?

I don't find any reasonable cause to close all programs in the background as jokersus.cava has suggested. I would concur with Chameleos's analysis. Try to make sure that you have clicked on the webpage that is running Tanki Online and that should easily resolve your issue.

When a program on the background opens, the game pauses.

also, try to erase all the unnecessary plugins. Go to chrome://plugins and erase all except for flash plugins.
