Check their now IP;s and old Ips, Look at the status of this Guys's skype , when i contacted help@tankionline.com they said only my friend can help to restore his account, i understand that . 
But tanki ....None of the applications or anything are working from which i talked to Erikfingers or Destroy-U , His skype is hacked , my friend isnt replying on the phone app . I just changed my password now . I don't know what else to do . 

If you need the Goldboxpic.exe file ..... its in my phone where it cant be executed , i am never putting it on phone . and nor  do i want a ban so i wont give away a link unless some Mod or whoever responsible of security wants it privately . Thankyou . !!!

He was gone a long time ago... he used to be in my friends list and then suddenly he calls me and asks for my password . . . so i removed him

Its probably the same guy or his friend ... Cuz destroy-U and willkillu were found in same battles today and also yesterday in some farm CTF .

Try putting the skype proof that its his skype when he asks you to add him or something... maybe tanki will do something ....

shortykilla is hacked too....tanki needs to serouisly hand out ip bans for these people....they should be able to appeal after to them but if they are unban and caught again they can't appeal again

Dont you guys think i already told tanki ? they dont care they care for the procedure they dont put their days and nights they just program , IP bans ? what will they do ? Hackers are hackers, they aren't kids who cant change some MAC address or IP or any ID of their device . How to protect our accounts ? i created this post so that People stop download or accepting such files over skype . Its really annoying everytime my friend sends me a link or a file i have to confirm its him .

NEVER open .exe files from people you don't absolutely trust. It's the easiest way to get your computer compromised, and I see it has happened here.

When you download that thing its like you are giving online access to that hacker. He can view all your reg files all login details and passwords,... that inclues ur bank accs, email skype tanki every thing .
