Hmm, unlikely, I am relatively thorough in my management of helping people. It is a relatively simple answer, so I cannot imagine a reason why I would not have given it on the spot. Either way, all you must do is contact one of the Chat Administrators, and they will help you through the rest. I am sorry if there was indeed some lapse in communication.
