While I always wanted to join the Air Force or one of the elite military units, in reality I doubt I'd do anything more than the NA. My future Lord-willing does not lie in a full military career.

That is understandable, though some are willing to sacrifice their lives for the country they represent and I thought this would be a nice way to see which branch the players liked most. :)

Don't get me wrong if there was a war tomorrow I would join any part of the armed forces, but will not go into combat at the momment when all its for is land or oil. We have no reason to be in alot of the places we are now.

 

But that said I can respect people who do go into combat.

What an interesting perspective, what you say is true, though you are being too generic. What counties fight for varies from place to place. Some fight for freedom, yet others fight over a piece of land that is ultimately ruined in the end. So when you say, "We have no reason to be in a lot of the places we are now." you could not possibly be referring to all the countries, or even a majority. For we, as people, could not imagine the tragedies war has wrought across cultures and civilizations.
