newest server chat update-a bit unhelpfull?

Hello. As it was said in V-BLOG, to "stop" flooders, you won't be able to write long messages in server chat immideatly, and you will need some time to send it. But, on other hand, you can send unlimited short messages without "breaking" rules. So, let's see how flooders see it:

This update wont help english community's players cuz they always used to write long messages(general), instead of flooding(ban group).

Very better update would be if a member can send messages with previously limit of characters, but can't send next text for 10 seconds. Flooders never wait to flood, don't want to spendtime for that!

P.s. also, good update would be if member can't post next text in 45, not 30 seconds :ph34r:

this may be something they already have in the new update but yeah having a timer between messages would be okay... maybe 2 message allowance and then wait 2 seconds because if you misspell or miss something important out... could be quite restricting. i love the idea though

Well, if they send a short message continuously, they will still get banned for flooding. With this new update, it will lessen for the players to send long messages continuously over and over.
