How do you know your account is really hacked?Crystals missing?Password changed?Did you go to scamming hack sites which tell you that they will give you crystals?

Please send a e-mail to help@tankionline.com saying what happened.The people in the forum cannot help you.Explain this by e-mail and send to the address in the upper line and do not post such things here and most probably you might get your computer or accounts etc...hacked as you have posted IP address too.These are personal stuff.So not to post in the forum public.Send E-mail to the addres and wait for the reply.

This is nothing to do with your computer, they just wanna see if you are the real owner of that account you want get it back. Read all the information given in this topic, "what to do if your account has been stolen"

Can't you understand,hackers and scammers all over the forum surfing.... and Tanki won't do anything for us with our IP address they will check who's the real owner as you said!

sir, as I said to you before only help@tankionline.com can return your account. They will give you 10 questions and you must answer all the questions, otherwise they won't return your account back, and to be honest answering all the questions won't affect your your computer or anything.
