Being a mod sounds interesting to me, this is just from my thoughts but I think i could be a pretty good mod, I'm mature and have a pretty good work ethic, if I set myself on a task, I will work at it until it is complete, and I love answering questions that people have, and I have a pretty wide vocabulary.  The only problem, being a highschooler my life is pretty busy so spending hours on end doing something non school related might be difficult.  Maybe when I get more time (And a higher rank) I'll apply.

 

Question: Why are their so few mods? Is it the time spent on it that people can't deal with?

 

Thank you mods for all the stuff you guys do, without you tanki's chat would be a disastrous place. Some of my funniest moments in tanki are when someone is  using colorful language and BOOM their banned, I don't know why but it's just so amusing.

Players, aswell as Tankers, Users, Moderators, Administrators and other similar "key words" are to be used with capital letters to be caught up easily and also help to enphasise their meaning.

 

If you have something against this words being used with capital letters, we will not stop to use them only due to that, because it will be a lack of respect towards peoples categorized with those "key words".

For MadDog21- Very well written article. It seems that your experience has taught you quite well of how things work around here. Yet there are people that hate you because they think you know it all and think your better than everyone, when in reality your doing what you think is the best thing to do.

 

For Everyone- Not everyone will get along with each other, but is someone dislikes you that does not mean you have dislike them back. You can try to become friends with them or just leave them be.

The Game is not boring, even at its last stages!

All battles are different, you may lose one thousand times, but you will always enjoy fighiting due to different dynamics everytime, you won't find two different battles being identic in how they developped.

 

Also, peoples at last ranks or Staff members are all common players afterall, all of us still have things to upgrade/buy, no one is given an exception :)

I would love to be a mod: I fit most of the critera (may need a little help with slang though; I don't go into it myself, so sometimes find it a bit confusing!) but was wondering - what hours are involved? For example, I have school, but would I be able to work around this as a mod? Can minors even become mods?

Hours are flexible. Minors have  been Mods. It may have changed. Ask either of the ModAdmin. You do need Skype.
