I don't know where this should be posted, so please tell me where.

 

But the thing is, we were playing in a private battle with 3 players.

 

The battle fund was above 8000 and the time left was 10 seconds.

 

Suddenly the player with the most kills who was " coolio841 " lagged and the server restarted for him so he didn't get anything from the 8000 crystals.

 

I don't have a screenshot now but please trust me there where 3 players in a sandbox DM and he was first with 260 kills, but he lagged and left the battle at the last 10 seconds so please give him the crystals he deserved for playing like 4-5 hours in the same battle !

 

He should have earned around 5000-7000 crystals.

 

And by the way I am NOT lying, this isn't a prank, this really did happen and I beg u give him the crystals he should have earned from the battle.

 

And I am his brother just for your information so u know I am not trolling or something.

I am sorry, unless you have a screen shot with all the players in the game, they won't refund any one, also, he lagged, so he wasn't kicked due to the servers fault, if he was kicked due to the servers fault, he would have got his crystals back, if you ever get kicked due to the servers fault you have to see this topic: How to get your crystals back if you were kicked from the battle due to server's fault.

Battle fund was over 8000, maybe 8100.

 

He said his timer got stuck at 00:00 and all the players where just turning and the battle refused to end for him which means it was lag from the game. (the timer was just stuck)

 

So he refreshed and when he returned to the battle it was over and our other friend got all the 8000 even though coolio841 was supposed to get most of the battle fund.

 

So now what am I supposed to do? I can't let all his hard work just go for nothing!!

Ok, thanks for the help anyway. But should I send them the e-mail or should he send?

 

And of course he won't hack your or any account, but he already experienced what it felt like to get his account hacked... by a random person.

Are you sure you didn't get any crystals after the server re-started, because If the server re-start you will receive the crystals automatically, so did you check how much crystals you had before the re-started and after the server re-start how much you got. If you think you didn't receive any crystals, then send an email to help@tankionline.com and explain your situation, and of course they need some proof, you need to give them screenshots.

Screenshot of the server re-started and you didn't get any crystals, and also screenshot of the score. Screenshot must be full screen. you need to send them to help@tankionline.com as a proof.
