Hi all, i discovered something. Normally, i was playing tanki on google chrome just with dynamic lightning, and it would work on something like 30 to 40 FPS all the time.

But i tried Opera and now with everything except deep shadows, it works very good for me! (40-60 FPS)

I have to mention that i am using:

- Intel Sandy Bridge Pentium Proccesor, Dual-Core, 2.70 GHz

- 6 GB of RAM 1066MHZ

- AMD Radeon HD 6570 1GHz

- Win 8.1 Pro 64-bit

If you want, you can also try Opera, and see if it works better for you.

Hope i helped, bye!

Chrome, even though it crashes. Everything crashes for me ;(.

How about trying Superfast browser, never crashes and loads fast and less lagging ? If you want I could post the link.

I use waterfox, it is a 64 bit fork of firefox that tends to be much more stable, for me at least.  You could also try Pale Moon which is a similar project.  Same flash plugin as firefox but it should use significantly less ram on 64 bit systems.

Also don't underestimate IE.  The browser sucks but it is the only version of flash that adobe actually puts work in, since it is also used by third party software such as rtmp encoding.  For awhile now chrome has had their own integrated flash.  It has never been that stable for me, especially for games.

I was once using Chrome but I always had to have all my settings off but a while ago I changed to Opera and I can have most settings on. (My laptop is quite old so it can't handle lots of settings. )

Very intersting, i may also try waterfox and pale moon, but i am glad that opera works much better for me, and IE is very open, you can do a lot with it. It is NOT for normal browsing, but it has more unknown interesting features.

I use Standalone Flash, it is the ONLY thing that works on this PC. It regulary crashes with maps bigger than a filled up Noise.

I dont know, but does anyone notice lag increases as rank increase? i mean a full sandal for recruits can go easily on my PC. But a full sandal for Genealissimos lag more.

I am a bit skeptical of torch, it looks like chromium with plugins.  It also tries to install bunch of toolbars.  As though the company wanted to profit off the free chromium software by adding a few plugins and then making money selling toolbars.

I use a secret browser no one really knows about, its called maxthon cloud browser, in my opinion this browser is 10 times better designed and functions 10 x better than all those other dumb browsers like chrome and internet explorer (too complex too slow) Although i will give Mozilla Firefox credit, is my 2nd best browser, chrome is worst for me. so is torch
