Saving for M3 pays off because difference in performance of any hull or weapon from M2 to М3 is huge. This is why it is bad to upgrade many things to M1 or M2.

Ok so I made huge mistakes by getting everything M2. I need 1 solid M3, M3 Combo.

 

Which should I upgrade to M3:

•M2 Thunder

•M2 Freeze

•M2 Rico

 

..and this:

•M2 Hornet

•M2 Viking

So here's the question: Should i get m3 isida or m1 hornet first. I have all hulls except mammoth and they are all M0. And i don't have enough crystals for either, I just want to know ahead of time.

M3 Isida first, Trust me, as an Isida you'd rather have more DPS than a good tank.

M3 Thunder, Paints are overrated until you get a good weapon that matches it. Like, Emerald would be useless if you don't have Thunder because I as a mammoth emerald love to hit the guys with taking minimal self-damage.

^ok but I don't buy so I will be using m2 isida with m0 hornet for a long time. I thought maybe m1 hornet first cuz m0 hornet has bad armor. And as I said, all of my hulls are M0.

Thunder-Mammoth in my opinion. They are totally different game-styles however, and thunder-mammoth is a much more lazy combo. However, it succeeds.
