What to buy? What to use?

Lol. Well anyways, why would you ever consider buying drugs as an option? There are some very good pointers to counter that choice. First of all, you're using Freeze. You're heII to every Drugger in the world of Tanki. Furthermore, Dailies should be your main supplies to drugs honestly. Besides, everyone knows that using your Tank skillfully to the user's full extent is far better than using Drugs. In addition to that, Micro-upgrades are coming up and if you read what it says, it explains that when you micro-upgrade a gun and if it fails, the Crystals will be returned to you in the form of Drugs. It can become another source of drugs because you might want to say Micro-upgrade your Freeze and sometimes it may fail, thus giving you drugs. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------For Paints, what I'd suggest is something such as Railgun protection. I'd say go with Corrosion because not only does it protect you from Railgunners, but it also protects you from Thunder and Shaft. I've seen more Shafts nowadays anyways. However, you can go with something such as Python. Not only does it shield you from Shafts, but it also shields you from fellow Freezes, so you'll reign dominant over any other competition Freezes. So I'm saying the primary paint you should go for is Corrosion. If you have a bit more Crystals to spend however, Python should be your choice. If you're extremely poor and would want to upgrade something more valuable (In my view) as in Hulls or Guns, I'd suggest something like Lava, Mary, or Jaguar(Cheap to Expensive) to counter other Freezes, or a basic Forester to protect against those Railgunners. Like I've mentioned before, I've seen more and more Shafts- especially M2's. Lead can be an ideal paint. Isida should not be a problem if you know how to maneuver a Freeze. If you've problems with Thunder, then Metallic would be your choice and so on because the Newby paints protect against one kind of Gun.----------------------------------------- In all however, I suggest you save up for M2 Hornet. You're only one rank away. True, you just Ranked so that 2nd Lieutenant Rank looks pretty far away. However, it's faster than you think. Besides, I can offer you an alternative motive. I believe the price for Hornet M2 is 70,500 (You know you've played too much Tanki when you know the prices for each Gun and Hull right off the top of your head). So, you can save until 70,500, that is your base foundation. Think of 70,500 as equivalent to 0 Crystals and build from there. Any number less is considered in-debt. So you keep saving until say you reach 100,000 Crystals. Subtract 70,500, and you get 29,500 Crystals. The extra 29,500 Crystals is yours to spend in any way (Except Drugs). This will help you because as soon as you rank onto 2nd Lieutenant, you'll be stronger against your peers.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Always wait until sales. There might be one in June 4th. That's Tanki's Birthday. On sales, there are different paths. You can buy everything, however that will clean you out. I'd say be smart about it. If you don't need it, then don't buy it. I don't think you need to buy another Hull or Turret anyway. If there is a sale, buy one paint and be-gone. Buy a good paint however. Take advantage of the sale, but don't let the Sale take advantage of you. Sometimes you just need to buy one thing. Then just keep saving instead of buying maybe 4 things and end up only using 2. That is the waste of 2 purchases and precious Crystals you will never get back.-------------------Hope I helped.

thanks or the help but I talked to like 5 generalissimos and Bow and they all think getting m1 rail and m1 horn is good idea and anyways I was already gonna get m1horn for m2 freeze and rail m1 for maps I like to play like serphouv and other big maps

Alright then, just don't clean out your Crystals. You don't want to get stuck with M1.

I hate to say it, isida. It was because I was half asleep when the rebalence was released and I didn't think I had enough for m3 freeze :P But I have m3 freeze now and it beats m3 isida any day.

Hhh I didn't choose any guns or hulls that u can get m3 quickly so I dunno. IMO the best gun to get m3 is freeze as it is enjoyable to play with

I'm sure there is going to be a sale sometime soon, and I have a $40 gift card ready, it's Visa, but some of the options don't work for me buying crystals. :/

 

So, I have:

 

Isida M2, Hornet M2, Mammoth M1, Firebird M1, Railgun M1.

 

I'm not going to plan to buy any paints on the next sale, whenever it is.

 

I'm sure I'll upgrade my Mammoth to M2, Railgun also. The question now is, Freeze M1, which is almost same as Freeze M2, or Firebird M2? With Mammoth, I can be a strong defender with Freeze, but Firebird is a stronger weapon then Freeze.

A lot of people say that thunder isn't any good at higher ranks. It's becausevthey can't handle it and they can't use it right. Thunder players, don't give up on thunder and stop worrying about it. Thunder is good gun and a lot of players fear it !!!

but still. its splash damage is good too. and even if u have 42 % ptotection from it u still get more than 40 damage and with double power u can literally distroy everybody. and a lot of thunders are in 1st place very often even though these colors are everywhere.

Lets say you have an M1 Freeze. You have a DPS of 40. So, lets say you Micro-upgrade it 2 times. When you upgrade the Freeze to M2, the Micro-upgrades will disappear. You will not get the Crystals-worth back in the form of Drugs either. So in conclusion, your Freeze M2 will not have a DPS (Damage-Per-Second) of 54. It will be the standard 44. If you want a DPS of 54, then you must Micro-upgrade it again. That is why my suggestion for you is to not Micro-upgrade guns at all at the M0-M1 Stages. Only Micro-upgrade them at the M2-M3 stages because M3 takes a great amount of Crystals, so you'll have time to both enjoy the Micro-upgrades, and benefit from the Micro-upgrades thus earning more Crystals than you've spent on the Micro-upgrades. Furthermore, like the topic for the Micro-upgrades said, Micro-upgrades for M3 will be like M4.

I have 276k crystals and I don't know what to buy on the next sale! Will anyone make some suggestions? P.S. I am saving up for Isida M3, so I don't want my funds to dip below 75k. Assume I buy my items at 75% of their original cost.

M1 hornet or M1 Viking. I use railgun M1 and mostly on medium to large maps. Viking is slow at M0, and M1 hornet is fast. I want something with good speed, and good armor. Don't say dictator, it's expensive.
