No. Just use combo's you like , right know im using mammoth+railgun. Never upgraded freeze and don't know if i'm ever gonna do that

Choose a single hull and a single turret and try to stick with it, I know it's difficult ( I've bought all the hulls and turrets before rebalance and I felt like an ***** afterwards) sometimes but it'll definitely pay off once you upgrade it to m1. However, that doesn't mean you should only have one, most I would stick with is probably 2 or 3. (atm i only have 2)

Question for which one? I would probably get viking, it's a pretty good hull but it is one where the rank requirements unlocks quite late ( at wo4 i think) but still this shouldn't stop you from getting it. I wouldn't get shaft unless you definitely know how to use the turret

Get isida, isida with hornet is quite a good combo. Ricochet is a okay-ish turret but I wouldn't really recommend anybody new to the game to use it as it's harder to use than isida

Actually, one of the biggest reasons for getting it is because of the fact that it's purple. Lol! However, will it last me to the Lieutenant Colonel- Brigadier ranks? If not then I may get Isida to M2- it's quite tempting.

it will last u dont worry u can make a dent with it even higher then brigadier easy, i have it in m2 you should try it in the test server find a nsp battle and experiment , i cant wait to rank to get it to m3

Well, I'd say both weapons are good with Hornet. With Mammoth it won't get good until M2- and Mammoth definitely does not fit Isida. So if you want to alternate between both weapons, then you'll be using Hornet most of the time. The easiest weapon to use would be Isida- and not only can you be an effective killer, but your healing ability will land you big points as well. I'm not saying that Ricochet is bad, but it's very difficult to use. You're not supposed to shoot it like a Smoky unless the enemy is right smack in front of you. If you know how to use the ''Ricocheting'' ability very well- as in hitting opponents who you can't see, bouncing your ammunition off of walls or objects and hitting the enemy with good accuracy., and like using Ricochet, then you can get that. Ricochet is very good at M2/M3. I think if there was another Re-balance, I'd use Ricochet as my primary gun also.

Oh I see. I'll get it then. I usually use it in TDM, but since the latest update, I'll be able to use it more in CTF.

If you can use it right, then it's still optional. You don't actually need it.

Freeze M1 or Firebird M1?

use freeze, firebirds are meant for quick hulls in my opinion as they need speed to flame the tank and run away.

As for freeze, titan/ freeze is a good defensive combo and a good attacking one with drugs

At your rank, get Isida. If you play with higher-ranking players, you can rank up faster. Ricochet is ok and decent on maps like Iran, but I would just stick to Isida.

at m2 titan is the better choice however if ur planning to get one of them m3 then get mammoth... :) also... titan is the ugliest hull in tanki XD

Then probably Emerald. Those Thunders will pick off at your Armor- not to mention splash damage. Well this would be my choice for you since you seem to struggle against Thunders. Edited June 16, 2013 by r_DidYouKnowThat0
