First combo can be M3 rail with M3 dictator

Other can be M3 isida with M3 dictator

And dunno about this, M2 Viking with M3 Rail..

or it can also be M2 viking and M3 isida :D

I'm not sure what weapon and tank should i use

My personal opinion. Viking m2 + railgun m3. Also you may try Rico m2 or Thunder m2. They are both better than railgun.

thunder m1 or ricochet m0? i like the splash of thunder, and the rushing ability of rico. don't care about price, i can afford both. tho thunder m1 doesn't seem much of an improvement from m0

Thunder is good from m2. Rico is good from m1.
