So keeping my twins would be better than getting a rail at Staff Sergeant? I'm gonna get a Hornet (eventually) and Freeze.

 

True, Rail sin't good unless you upgrade it, Keep with Twins then switch to hornet Freeze, get a good Protection paint from rail and you are safe.

 

Some people say that Safari is a good combo but 10% off the Railgun isn't a lot of damage taken off.
